By placing an order through this shop, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both you and my small pottery studio.

Products

All pieces are created individually, and natural variations in size, shape, glaze, and surface are expected. These variations are part of the character of pottery and are not considered defects.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Lighting, monitor settings, and the nature of each piece can create subtle shifts in tone and appearance.

Ordering

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to update prices or discontinue items at any time.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are outlined in the Shipping Policy. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside my control.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, please follow the steps in the Return & Exchange Policy to request a replacement or refund.

Accuracy of Information

I do my best to ensure product descriptions, photos, and shop information are accurate. However, natural variations and screen differences may affect how colors and textures appear.
