Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All pieces are handmade and packed with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During shop updates or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. I use secure packaging to protect each piece in transit.

Packaging

Each item is wrapped and cushioned to ensure safe delivery. I do my best to reuse clean, recyclable packing materials whenever possible.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside my control. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out and I’ll help however I can.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll gladly replace the piece or issue a refund.
