Handmade Nature of My Work

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and each piece is shaped by hand with natural variations in form, glaze, and surface. These subtle differences are part of the beauty of handmade pottery and are not considered defects.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each piece is made individually and in small batches, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, I want to make it right. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll gladly replace the piece or issue a refund.

How to Report Damage

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief note about what happened
